- I have seen degenerate polys display a surface normal. What I have seen cause a poly to NOT
- display a surface normal is when a series of points are selected and turned into a poly when the
- points that are selected are unshared vertices that should have been merged 1st. Plus there are times
- when there are a lot of small polys in a given area and its just difficult to see the normals.
